a friend's daughter. a remarkable, expressive face. a young mona lisa. 35mm film. natural flaring, scratches. nothing digital.
Daily Deviation, 2008-07-10

Daily Deviationframe zero by ~Crackart is a hauntingly striking and stirring portrait of a young beauty. The natural manipulation of the film adds a nice element to the photo. Bravo! (Featured by `rhapsouldize)

she is incredibly beautiful.
the flaring is nice too :)
She's got such distinct eyes.
Excellent shot.
with things such as flaring, you do plan for them to happen in your photos? there are all these beautiful flaws in your photos which look too good to be an accident.

she indeed has very compelling features.

hi stranger
thank you but it really is all purely accidental. sometimes i use bleach and chemicals to get a certain effect but i never know exactly what will happen until the process is complete. a lot of it fails of course. you only see the good ones. most get ruined and end up in the trash!

Leaving things to chance can produce beautiful mistakes especially when the model is strong.
